This video shows how a vinyl record is made. This white disc is called a biscuit and it's made from polyvinyl chloride, more commonly known as PVC. Black PVC is being added to create a unique design. These black pellets will give the record a cool, splattery effect. The biscuit then goes into the press. This is where the magic happens. The press ha
